We chose this hotel for its location and car park. It was easy to find and the car park was a better size than anticipated. We stayed in family room No,41 and the bed was comfy and bathroom had newly fitted bath and shower. Breakfast was made to order and was very good. As others have stated it is ideally...

I recently visited Canterbury for a day out with friends. Whilst waiting for friends, I popped into the Falstaff for a coffee. The waitress that served me had outstanding manners she is a young girl and the only way i can describe her looks as I did not receive her name is that she has unusual but pretty eye make...

Visited for a night with friends. This hotel is in walking distance of the station, shops and restaurants. Has a lovely entrance and popular cocktail bar. Modern fixtures. Unfortunately our room was not of an updated standard. On discussing this with the guy at reception, we were told that if we come back in 6 months from now, all rooms...

We stayed in the annexe and found the rooms to be spacious, well equipted and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. All the ingredients for a successful stay. The breakfast, which was included was very good. They also provide a gluten free option at breakfast. With free parking it is an ideal location with the...

Beautiful premises, comfortable room and great location. We had just a great couple of days in Canterbury. Great bar for a drink in the evening or tea in the afternoon.. Breakfast was a standard English and a very good one.

Nice Hotel, short walk to centre, staff really pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Unable to get a meal on Sunday so am not sure of how good Lunch & dinners may be. Suspect very good as the rest of the hotel was so good. Room was adequate. Bed too soft for our liking but obviously people have different needs.
