We used the Augustines as a pit-stop before taking the ferry. Unfortunately, we arrived rather late but received a warm welcome nevertheless. We had two rooms, the spacious 2 bed room on the second floor along with an extra bed and a smaller room on the third floor. Plenty of space and if you like it typically English, this is...

Me and my hubby stayed overnight as we were going to the cricket ground for a concert. Fabulous location for St Lawrence and easy walking into town. Lady who owns the b & b is extremely friendly and welcoming, would highly recommend. Would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Canterbury.

Chose Augustines primarily for its location. It is out of the centre yet close enough to walk into the city. We were met by a very hospitable owner, Mrs (call me Louise) Duff, who showed us to our very comfortable and roomy ensuite room. Everything we needed was there, the television on the small side, but we were here to...

Location - It's perfect place to stay since we travelled by car. There is a car parking space available for guest. It takes some15 minutes easy walk to the town centre. Bed - We've got a lovely ensuite on the first floor, which is beautiful inside and outside. The owner attends to small details, e.g. there are two separate warm...

Great location, easy walk to city center and to various walkways to other attractions. Personable owner, Louise, caters to your needs for breakfast. No elevator and one set of manageable stairs to spacious room at the top of stairs. Well-supplied room with closets, tea and biscuits, plenty of towels, comfy chairs and bed.

A terrific B&B near the heart of Canterbury run by the most hospitable Louise who quickly assesses and understands her guests' needs both for in-house and in-the-town attractions/dining. A beautiful, big well-appointed Victorian home with fine rooms.
