We were a party of four who travelled from the midlands for just one night, What a little gem we found, from reception booking in to breakfast, everything was top drawer, even a bag of sweets for each departing guest. Really enjoyed our short stay , many thanks

I didn't stay in the hotel so am only commenting on function room, food and staff. The food was of poor quality. They were, in their defence, catering for a very large amount of people as we were not the only party there. My prawn cocktail arrived in a jar!! Mostly lettuce with one slice of cucumber, half a cherry...

Stayed here as a friend was having her UK wedding reception here and we're too far away for a cab, got there around 4 and got the last space in the car park how they can say 'ample' parking in their website I don't know but we got a space so didn't effect us. Reception girls were nice and chatty...

Stayed here for one night on Saturday 27th November, easy to find the hotel and the hotel has its own car park which was a bonus as it was very very busy in Rochester so parking was limited. Check in quick and easy, we had room 411 which overlooked the car park. Our room was huge and had everything in...

I stayed here with my partner and daughter on Saturday night as we were in Chatham for a birthday party. This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel and I'm sorry (not sorry) to say it will be our last. The hotel is friendly and well located for Chatham and surrounding areas. The rooms are small but...

Thank you for your review; We do appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback about our service and on this occasion it seems we have fallen short. We were extremely busy on Saturday evening so unfortunately our car park was full on your arrival, we do have additional parking to the rear of the hotel and free parking...

My wife and I were attending a formal function at the hotel and opted to stay overnight. The food at the function was exceptional as was the service. Our room was very clean, had all the creature comforts and overlooked the River Medway. Breakfast was outstanding both in choice and quality. All the staff were both helpful and courteous. Highly...

I stayed in a family room with my girlfriend as it was the only room left for the weekend I was staying. My parents had a deluxe room on the third floor and it was night and day. Their room had a delightful bathroom, recently renovated with a deep tub and lovely floor. Their bed was large and high and...

Stayed here recently as attending wedding reception in the area. Its on a fairly busy road and though the address is Chatham, its very close to Rochester. There is a car park but be aware of the ramp leading to the upper deck, felt like I was taking off. I found it best to slow right down. We stayed on...

Great hotel, friendly staff, good food. Have to mention Rebecca, who always has pint ready on our return. Reasonably priced accommodation, good location, parking available. Breakfast has good selection with option of take away if setting off early. Stayed here all October so it must be good! Will be returning in the near future.

Stayed over for a party happening a minutes walk away. Room was fine, everything worked but in the morning I found the shower pressure was non existent, downright drippy. I stepped in tried to shower and stepped back out. Boo hoo. Went down for breakfast and I was very pleasantly surprised because it was great with great service. We went...
