Host Gary is terrific – very personable and willing to help with any suggestions or tips needed. We stayed 2 nights in the very comfortable Bay room with ensuite bath. The property itself is really beautiful, we very much enjoyed all the art deco touches in our room and the common spaces. Gary provides great selections for breakfast starters followed...

We stayed here for one night just over a week ago prior to catching a ferry. Charming and welcoming host. The place had ample street parking and despite being on a main road it was very quiet inside. Lovely big room with very comfortable bed. Our small dog was made welcome. Had an evening meal at pub up the road...

Crabble Hill House is not easy to find as your navigator will send you to Dover and the house is in River. But once you are there you feel very welcome. You'll get a warm wellcome and an explication of the house and the room. The room is okay, the bed is okay and the view is wonderful. The breakfast...

The bed was very comfortable, having a memory foam topper, so we slept well. Location is good, with off-street parking, but Pubs within walkable distance. A short drive up to Dover castle and only 20 minutes to Canterbury. Breakfast was large and delicious, even offering GF bread and cereals. The only slight niggle was very thin towels and low shower...

We arrived late and tired after a long drive but received a lovely warm welcome from Gary. Our bed was very comfortable and just what we needed. The restorative therapy was completed by a delicious and hearty breakfast. We also had the problem, which others have mentioned, when our satnav took us to the wrong location. (The remedy seems to...

We couldn't recommend this B&B highly enough. Gary managed to accommodate us at the last minute which was massively appreciated. The welcome, room, ambience and amenities couldn't be improved upon. This is a large, period property that has been decorated and maintained with style and care. Having parking and being on the local bus route make it easily accessible. The...

This is the Hotel I booked, a booking confirmed by Trip Advisor several weeks before our travel date. When my wife and I arrived there in the early evening of Saturday 24th September, 2016 we were told by the Manager, who tried to be as helpful as he can, that our booking has been cancelled by somebody from Expedia, in...

If you are looking for: - very warm welcome - quiet place - very nice and clean room - very good breakfast this accomodation is for you! The guest house doesn't serve dinner but there are two pubs in a walking distance. I have stayed here several times before and hope will stay in the future.
