Have stayed at this hotel at least five times. The best thing is that you know what to expect: comfortable, quiet, spacious room and a very comfortable bed. You couldn't get much closer to the ferry terminal. I don't eat there, as there is more choice in town, but plenty of people seem happy to stay on site the whole... More

AQs a regular traveller to France I fine that Premier Inn is a great journey breaker. whether out bound or in bound you are always guaranteed a great stay. Took the all in breakfast this time which was a great start to the journey. Will stay again.

Our first experience of Premier Inn and certainly won't be the last. Booked Dover East in order to visit Dover Castle, which it is very well placed for. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was lovely and quiet, I think the front rooms would hear some traffic noise, but visitors are warned in the description.... More

Stayed here before setting out the next day on our long trip to Spain through France. Very comfortable and the staff - especially Jordan - were really great. Extremely courteous and helpful with nothing too much trouble for them. Would thoroughly recommend if you've got an early morning ferry to catch to Calais or Dunkerque.

Another very reliable Premier Inn with great rooms at a good price and all the things that you need for a comfortable stay. It's on the A2 behind the Shell garage so not a holiday destination, but fine for business or an overnight stay for the ferry at Dover (which is about 10 mins drive). Restaurant is 500 yds walk... A very comfortable room, food good and a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jordan Dunn who found my husband's credit card which had fallen out of his pocket, Jordan put a note under our door to tell us. Hope Premier Inn always keep staff like this.
