Delightfully quirky hotel, very helpful staff, nice atmosphere. Cabins quite small but perfectly adequate, excellent breakfast. An excellent view of the harbour a good position very close the the town centre. Nice and quiet though parking can be problematic. All in all an excellent experience and very, very good value.

This is a proper hotel, a little old fashioned and all the better for it. Lovely comfortable beds and a friendly welcoming feel. Lots of little noks and crannies and places to relax with open fires. A great breakfast and good value for money.

This hotel has a lovely family feel to it. The guy who checked me in seems to be everywhere but that isn't a bad thing. I had an omelette for breakfast in the morning and that was lovely and the whole feel of the breakfast was incredible. I was staying on the top floor and had the most beautiful view...

This hotel is a great position for the town centre (5 minute walk) but far enough away to not be disturbed by the night life. We had a sea view room and the comfiest bed. You must remember when you come to stay here that this is an old building and to maintain it must be an on going job....

I've stayed at the RHH a few times during 2016 and it's just brilliant. The staff is very friendly and the hotel has the best sitting rooms with actual fireplace. In winter, the stay is specially pleasant. The rooms are great with lots of character.

We stayed for the weekend and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Great location, charming building, comfortable bed with crisp fresh linen. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended.

Our wedding party stayed at the Royal Harbour Hotel in November 2016. The hotel is a boutique affair with each room styled differently, cheese and crackers left out for guests in the evening, an honesty bar, a vintage record player and wonderful artworks to swerve as you bring your bags along the narrow, winding corridors. The staff are lovely and...

This is a lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location near to pubs and restaurants in the town centre. We had one of the double rooms at the back which apparently are quieter than the ones at the front but if I was staying there in the summer I think I would opt for one at the front with a...

Excellent value for the money. The best cold breakfast selection buffet around. Great helpfull staff. There is an honesty bar stocking the usual wines and spirits and a great local beer. Big surprise when a large complimentary cheese board is laid out each night for residents to enjoy.
