Returned for two nights this week. We had room 4 which is huge and sea facing and room 16 which is much smaller and seafacing but certainly a real quaint cosy room. Perfectly laid out. Lots of tea and biscuits and water provided and a lovely krups coffee machine. Nice thick towels and decent toiletries. Breakfast is great too. Everything...

The hotel is in a great location just up from the harbour. I had a small but cozy seaview cabin room, perfect for me as I was only staying for one night by myself. The bed was supremely comfortable and a lovely clean modern bathroom. The honesty bar and lounge areas downstairs are perfect, especially the record collection! Breakfast was...

Stayed in room 20, cosy size fr a family of 4 but no problems with that. Manager was super and very attentive, breakfast was a triumph. Whilst parts of Ramsgate are struggling this is a perfect retreat, set in a beautiful terrace overlooking the harbour. A really, really good fine. Evening spent listening to records, playing cards in front of...

We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer! Lovely cosy little place with friendly staff and a warm welcome. There was even a sitting room with a fire going! Breakfast was fantastic and the room was nice if a little on the small side. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Ramsgate.

Really charming hotel run by great staff. Wonderful atmosphere - absolutely loved it. The breakfast was superb and the views were beautiful. The room was lovely and even had a four poster bed! I would definitely recommend it.

Second time I visit the Hotel, first time on my own. Great service, cozzy rooms, splendid views to the Harbour and a fantastic breakfast. I had to stay in the lounge for a couple of hours and use the internet for working purposes. The service was great (even offered tea at no extra charge), speed of wifi was good, and...

I felt at home as soon as I entered this beautiful hotel. Like entering someone's home from a past time. The very comfortable sofas in front of a roaring log fire with a drink from the private bar was icing on the cake. The rooms are quirky with comfortable beds with crisp pure cotton sheets and very large soft towels....

I was at the hotel for my cousin's 90th birthday. I have never experienced such kindness from hotel staff. I walk with a stick and had been given a room on the first floor. I was offered a ground floor room instead, I hadn't even asked. It was such a kind thing and I did appreciate it. Nothing was too...

This is a little gem of a hotel. Very well run by people who care about it. It is the little touches that make the difference- open fires, gramophone, a library, honesty bar, cheese and bikkies, the list goes on. My only complaints would be that the walls were a bit thin and the mattress was probably past its best...
