Very cheap and very poor. Exaggerated air conditioning everywhere: my breakfast was completely cold in two seconds! The comfort of the room was decent but the cleanliness definitively not sufficient. Not recommended at all.

Stayed here a couple of times now and really can’t fault it.
Central, clean , excellent staff and very cheap.
A similar hotel in Leeds would cost you at least £50 more .

Just what we needed; easy to get to and close to centre of town, no car parking but the Princess Quay car park is 2 mins walk away and very cheap (£3.90). Staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price, couldn't ask for more.
