Rude staff who hang up on you because they cannot even send a receipt to an email! Shoddy building, grungy bathroom, very uncomfortable beds and in a dodgy area. Do not go! Stay well clear of this so called hotel.

greeted well, did not see anyone again! no hangers in the cupboard, dirty kettle had to clean it before use. noisy at times, drumming ! cost £ a bit high for the area ! the shower didn't work and rusty accessories in the bathroom. But the towel and bed seemed clean. I wouldn't stay there again !

Never again , I've stayed in numerous guest houses , B&B's , hotels etc etc & I must say this place has got to be one of the worst I've stayed at. The street itself is disgusting with mattresses and furniture just dumped everywhere but the vale itself... the room was freezing , the carpet was threadbare , smashed tiles...

My son and I stayed here for one night. Yes it's cheap, the staff are friendly, but our rooms were very tired. Cut tiles with no trim by the drink making facility, surface mounted cables, tiles crumbling of the walls, shower curtain that was on its last legs and a shower with a visible cable going in to ut is...

Myself and a friend stopped over for a concert. On arriving the front of the hotel was tired looking and unkept. The curtains had seen better days and looked grubby. Inside the entrance was drab and a insipid green. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was up one flight of stairs and in a small corridor. However the...

We travelled up for the Hull v Brentford match and booked this room due to the extremely low cost. We only booked the hotel to sleep over night so spent little time in the room. But I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. For the price we paid this room was perfect. We had three single beds in the room....

My son and I stayed in this hotel last night. Yes -it wasn't The Ritz but it did provide us with a decent room at a really cheap cost. The bedding was clean. Clean towels and soap were provided and the beds were comfy. The TV and shower worked and ample tea, coffee, sugar and milk were available in the...
