My partner booked a surprise evening here for us on short notice on a Saturday evening. The receptionist was a lovely gentlemen, who made us feel extremely welcome. The room itself was modern and warm, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was superb, with very friendly waiting staff. Overall a very pleasant experience, would love to return for a...

We stayed for 2 nights B & B and found the facilities first class. Our room was very spacious and well furnished with a comfortable King Size bed. The bathroom had a spa bath cum shower and was well lit and had plenty of space. The guest rooms were relaxing and roomy and the breakfasts were excellent. I really enjoyed...

Dear Gary & Annette You have no idea how I've tried to train Ray but I'm really beginning to think you can't teach an old dog new tricks!!!! But seriously, what would we do without him. We have been a little short staffed of late and he has stepped in admirably. Thankfully our new employees have arrived and they are...

This is our second time stopping at The Fisherbeck. It is located in the perfect place between the lake and the town centre and it is a short stroll to either. There is a large adequate car park at the front along with seating area for the warmer weather ( plus a great pond with some beautiful fish in). Bedrooms...

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your very kind review. We are indeed blessed with a great location being just about half way between the majority of the shops and the lake. In fact just this afternoon we took some time cleaning the outdoor pond and nurture our fish. I am amazed that when we bought...
