Stayed here late February with my wife on a one night Secret Escapes dinner/bed and breakfast deal (which also included free Lakes Distillery Tour tickets). We found the staff to be friendly and attentive, the room to be very comfortable and the food to be of a good standard.

You would certainly enjoy your stay,we are here at the moment, first time this year due to the floods last Christmas, and every thing is just beautiful. Do book if you want to eat in the a bistro or terrace bar as we have found it difficult to get a table
