Loved our stay, great room, spacious, clean, nice amenities and decorative finish. Breakfast a la carte was great quality and plentiful. Loved the bathtub with mood lighting. Great location in the village.

Check In- Prior to our stay we recieved a email containing a access code and notification of our room numbers. We arrived very late during the evening, using the code given we entered the B&B and found a box containing our room keys and a welcome note confirming breakfast times. Parking- Hotel parking isn't clearly marked however.. imagine standing in... More

I would HIGHY recommend this for a coffee stop for Coeliacs or gluten intolerant people. Victoria Sandwich Cake was GREAT, and can even supply GF packed lunches! Many Thanks and will seriously consider booking to have B&B in the future, but deffo will visit for coffee etc when in the Lakes again!!!

Hot chocolate and cakes were of excellent quality. The service was outstanding and quick. The place was spotless and beautifully furnished. Will visit again. Mulled wine was very warming on an autumn day. Excellent.

We like using Heidi's as the coffee is always smooth and hot. We added cake and a granola bar this time which was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cafe is well presented and has a pleasant atmosphere even though it's not the largest.

My wife and I stayed here as our good friends were getting married in Grasmere. It was everything that we hoped for. The room was amazing and decorated in a really creative, shabby chic and classy way. Our friends were staying too and their room was just as great. Perfect location in the centre of the village. Staff couldn't do... More

The beams in room five are dangerously low. I was concussed and felt I'll after banging my head repeatedly. To add insult to injury you are made to remove your shoes before entering this pretentious and unfriendly vanity trip.

I booked Heidi's after looking for a hotel in the area for a weekend. Firstly, Heidi's was £100 cheaper than other hotels in the area (including Ambleside) and was far nicer from looking at photos. On arrival you let yourself in, pick up your room key and are left to your own devices. For us, this was ideal - we... More

Heidi's Grasmere Lodge was a super cute B&B in the heart of Grasmere. Walk to everything Grasmere has to offer. We stayed on the top floor and the room had plenty of character with angled roofs and beams and such. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. There is a special wifi password for the top floor. Just ask... More

Gorgeous room, nice staff! Would return because I loved it, you defiantly get what you pay for! The cafe of lush as well, and was allowed to take the cake and milkshake up to the room, yaya! Wasn't actually to sure which one was Heidy, but everyone was lovely!
