We had a wonderful room overlooking the Fells. Best room we have stayed in while in Keswick! Fresh milk in our room and an afternoon treat made all the difference. The breakfast was delicious whatever we chose. Would highly recommend Grassmoor Guest House and hope to return.

The Grassmoor Guest House is centrally located to the main shopping and eating area of Keswick. The easy walk yields a variety of restaurants, shops and the main square, which was especially great on market day. Keswick is picturesque, a great base for exploring the northern Lake district, and a uniquely dog-friendly town.

Grassmoor Guest House is a first rate establishment. Rebecca was extremely welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The guest house is situated on the cusp of the heart of Keswick so walking in to town literally takes a minute. The guest house is beautifully decorated and there are excellent provisions in each room, right down to the little fridge and a jug...

We stayed in this centrally located guest house in Keswick for 3 nights. The room was comfortable with every thing that you needed. Tea, coffee and fresh milk provided daily in the fridge in our room. Added bonus was the sweet treats left by Rebecca each day. Wonderful choice for breakfast and cooked to perfection with homemade bread and jam,...

I have stayed in many B & Bs in Keswick but this stands out from the rest. All the usual requirements but with an attention to detail that goes above and beyond. Royal Doulton for bedroom crockery and wine glasses to boot. The breakfast menu was also more varied than usual but the piece de resistance was the extensive range...
