Beautifully decorated, lovely hosts, award winning breakfast. There was so much choice. The scrambled egg was so tasty and the chef told me the secret ingredient...my lips are sealed! Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here the night before we climbed Scafell, the gentleman running the B&B was so lovely and helpful, we had to leave before breakfast so he made us breakfast to go (it was delicious too). The room was lovely, clean and lots of amenities. The only thing i'd be wary of is that the parking around the B&B is sparse...

In an excellent location a few minutes walk from the town centre. Steve and Margaret are incredibly friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel welcome straight away and nothing was too much. Rooms are clean and spacious. Cooked breakfast is fantastic with locally sourced produce. The sausage and bacon were *****

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely B&B we found on booking.com. The reception was very warm, we fell right at home. The room was nicely decorated with a great bed. It was a bit on the firm side. The bathroom was small but functional, with very big, soft, luxury towels. The walls are a bit thin, so if...

Sandon Guest House totally meets my expectation. I am particularly impressed by its delicious breakfast. Apart from self-service continental breakfast, hot one with various choices is also available. On both days of my stay, I ordered mushroom on toast with tomatoes. It is very tasty and beautifully presented. Travellers who attach importance to a good breakfast for the start of...

We have recently returned from a two night stay at Sandon Guest House. There was nothing to fault about this lovely little guesthouse. Close to Keswick town, although no parking you can park on single yellow lines from 4pm - 10am. We had no difficulty in finding a space close by. Margaret & Steve work hard to keep standards up...

We had a really enjoyable weekend at Keswick. Lovely B+B in the town of Keswick but set on a quiet street so away from any noise. Clean and comfortable rooms with little luxuries such as bath robes and Egyptian cotton towels. Really comfortable bed, nicely decorated room, really warm and cosy. Tray available in the room for mucky boots. Lovely...

We spent three nights here at the end of Easter week. We quickly realised we had made a great choice. Sandon Guest House combines a warm welcome with high quality accommodation. Our room on the top floor was perfect for us. Great care had been taken to keep the decor fresh whilst retaining the features of this lovely house. I'm...
