It was our annual fell walking visit and the fourth time we have stayed at Badger Wood. The main reason we initially chose this B & B is that is has two single rooms and very few establishments have that option. It also has a car parking space for each room which in Keswick, is an added bonus. General. The...

Spent a lovely two nights at Badgers Wood. The room was very comfortable with excellent touches like a tray to put dirty boots on. Anne and Andrew were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely try and come back soon!

You will be made to feel very welcome in this ideally located B&B. Very clean everywhere with comfortable beds and lovely bedding. Freshly cooked breakfast with a good choice of starters. Very close to the town centre and a short stroll to the lake. You won't be disappointed staying here

The hotel is an historic town house that has beautiful wood throughout the interior. The room was cozy with very nice bedding. The owners (particularly Andrew) were extremely helpful in planning our stay and hikes and even printed out maps for us to use. Breakfast was ordered in advance and could range from toast to a full English breakfast. I...

You can't go wrong staying at this well-located B&B in the Lake District. The hosts are warm and welcoming. Andrew serves the breakfast with style which Anne has prepared. They are helpful hosts. The location is conveniently located in Keswick.

This B&B is located a short 5-10 minute walk from the center of Keswick. We stayed in the "Larch" room at the front of the building with big bay windows and a comfortable seating area. Nice size for two people. The room can be made up with either two twin beds or a king bed. We had the king bed...

I stayed at this B&B when I first visited Keswick 8 years ago and decided to stay here this time with my Mam as it is a really nice guest house run by lovely people. I enjoyed chatting with Anne and Andrew and found their advice on hiking in the fells very helpful. I like the location of this hotel...

Anne and Andrew are amazing hosts giving tips of where to go and visit and serving a delicious breakfast every morning! The room and en suite were modern and up to date. The hotel is very close to the centre of Keswick and all the restaurants and bars. They charge what's probably the going rate for high season and for that you get comfortable rooms and nice service. Breakfast is well made and the hosts are very welcoming. A later check out time would have improved the stay but overall we enjoyed...
