The room was compact but extremely clean and we were offered lovely fresh sandwiches on arriving.
We had the 3 course evening meal with wine and were pleasantly surprised at our final bill as well as the availability of half portions of puddings- what a great idea !
The place has a really warm atmosphere and the staff were all extremely friendly, efficient and helpful ( especially as I have just broken my ankle and need a bit more space)
the breakfast the following morning which was included with our room was freshly cooked and delicious.
We would highly recommend this place and will be back

Busy small hotel with nice rooms, restaurant and garden.
Service great from start to finish, nice room with comfortable bed, decent modern bathroom.
Food was plentiful and very tasty.
Couldn't have been more helpful, we had tele in conservatory so we could watch Cav win another Tour stage 😀
Excellent value for money.
Will not go back here unfortunately. Extremely limited menu for anyone vegetarian or vegan also.
