What a fantastic overnight stay ! Perfectly situated between Windermere and Bowness . St. John's Lodge is lovely and smart inside, and very clean. Rich was a very nice chap nothing was too much trouble, and also a thank you to Kerry and Lisa. The breakfast was fantastic especially the the Black pud ! We will book again.

Fantastic stay at St. John's lodge! A very warm welcome and hospitable. The hotel is centrally located and is in easy walking distance to bowness. Our room was comfy and spotless. The breakfast and service every morning was amazing! Rich and the ladies do an amazing job and I'd highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Thank you to all at St. John's lodge, especially lisa for making our stay so enjoyable. So helpful during our stay pointing out places of interest and restaurants for eating in could not fault any of it. The breakfasts were scrumptious and plenty on offer, the bedroom very comfortable and stylish... thank you again we had a fabulous stay everything...
