Lovely b&b Sue and Paul very good owners. Rooms clean, bathrooms small but very clean. Good location and very quiet . Sue and Paul were very helpful with places to visit and places to eat. Bathrooms quite old fashioned but we're very clean and adequate. Would stay there again if we went back to the Lake District.

My room faces the primary school, so the view is not too great, depending on what you hope to see. However, the room is clean and tastefully decorated. The amenities provided is of high quality and leaves a good impression. It is located between Bowness and Windermere, hence it's just a 10 mins walk to either town. I carried a...

We loved it all. Perfect location between to 2 close towns, quiet neighborhood, cozy rooms, all the extras you might need. The hosts, Paul and Sue, are wonderful and organized. The full English Breakfast they whip up every day was amazing and kept us from needing lunch until 2 or 3 pm. They are super helpful in directions and ideas....

We stayed here at this "little gem" B&B for 4 nights which is located perfectly in between Bowness and Windermere. Paul & Sue made us feel very much at home, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The freshly cooked breakfast was delicious and more than enough for any appetite, so was a great start to the day. Our room...

Excellent 2 night stay with friends at this homely B&B in Windermere. Generous breakfast served each morning and plenty of help and advice with routes and roads to take to our chosen destination of Scafell Pike. Also big thanks to the owner Paul for lending us a map (and for the free Kendal mint cake in the rooms which helped...

I'm in two minds whether to write an honest review for fear of not being able to get in next time we head over to The Lakes!! 😉 this is a fabulous little guest house. Spotlessly clean, welcoming and cosy. A pre- ordered perfect breakfast made this place a real home from home! We will definitely be visiting again!

Very helpful, friendly and accommodating owners Sue and Paul. Scrumptious breakfasts are cooked to order with a wide selection. Rooms are clean, tidy and warm. In our room was a welcoming Teddy Bear with Kendal mint cake. In the bathroom was a wide selection of face and bath toiletries. Excellent central location for both Windermere town centre and the lake....
