We were here last October (Sorry for the late review). The B&B was lovely, very friendly and comfortable and very out of the way so it was very peaceful. It was a bit of a trek to anything meaningful but thats part of the fun of being away from London in my opinion. Really nice breakfast, the owner was very...

This was the 4th B&B we've stayed in whilst visiting Windermere. It's a nice venue, clean and the interior is true to the style of the house with heavy use of floral patterns throughout. But it just didn't have that little extra that we've experienced in other B&B's. The proprietors take a very hands off approach, maybe a bit too...

Beautiful period property, tastefully decorated in elegant style in keeping with property. Hospitable host and hostess Wonderfully presented room. We stayed in a four poster (a little extra for that), but real genuine antique furniture and great condition well looked after etc. Breakfast was probably best presented and quality enjoyed in at least the last 2 years. A great hideaway,...
