We booked this b and b last minute and paid £30 for a nights stay. We arrived at about 3.30pm and were checked in immediately. Finding the b and b was very simple, as was finding parking too. We were taken to our room, room 1. I read some reviews about room 1, and I wouldn't agree with most of...

Clean bedding and welcoming management but room was minimal in decor for the price and much in need of updating. No breakfast, which is odd for this type of property. Close to prom, tram and South Shore attractions.

Booked this room for 2 nights mid week for £59 on booking.com. Quickly looked at the reviews and they were a bit hit and miss but we thought we would give it a try. Arrived at half 7pm and checked in easily, the owner was welcoming and the hotel was easy to find. There is no car park but you...

Me and my partner stayed their and I found the Hotel very conveniently located, less than 5 minutes walk to the promenade, the station, the pleasure beach, water park, sand castle or the local shops on the high street. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable Double bed. Bathroom was clean with spotless towel and soap. The staff was...

Stayed here with a group of people and can't say it's the most amazing place to stay. Booking arrangements to begin with were a massive kerfuffle and almost resulted in us not getting a room for the trip. Room itself was ok. Beds were not too bad with each comprising of a double and two bunks. The bathroom however was...

Please dont stay at this hotel it is absolutely disgusting... stinks of smoke, dirty bed sheets, broken headboard, broken wardrobe doors, wallpaper peeling of, pure filth. Owner/receptionist keeps on disturbing you for making noise when all your doing is talking in your room.

It's difficult to believe that many of the positive reviews are of the same place. The photos don't reflect the current condition of the property. Our room had exposed electrical work but in the photos the socket didn't exist. Rooms are very dirty and there is no basic maintenance in place. Two simple issues - a toilet roll holder not...

The room we had could do with sprucing up and the communal toilet/shower in the hall needs a damn good clean. It's not the best place to stay but it was cheap and did the job. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.
