we turned up at last minute as we had been let down by another hotel and we were warmly welcomed. We had beautiful clean rooms (a little out of date) but the sea view was a wow factor. The beds were very comfortable and we had fresh towels and toiletries. The breakfast was super and met all of our needs.... More

The lovely people that own this hotel are very nice and friendly. We have stayed here twice and enjoy it very much. Your not in your hotel all day every day so it suited us. We went as four friends, rooms are in need of a lick of paint and the mirrors in the bathrooms need putting higher for you... More

Rooms are dated and small, bathroom very small. Didn't change the towels or make the beds during our 2 night stay. Sea view rooms do have an excellent view. Breakfast served only between 8.30-9.30. Bar staff and ladies who served at Breakfast were very nice.

Stayed here with both my grandkids on Sat the 29th Oct in a family room which had a double & single bed, quite small but SPOTLESS with all the trimmings tea-coffee-tv (etc), only booked it at the last minute as a surprise for the kids & on reading the reviews after booking I was a little concerned but was wondering... This hotel is situated in a good location, you are quite central on the promenade. The view from the rooms to the sea was nice however the view from the rooms on the other side are the 'bins'. The room was very dated and electricals in the room have out of date pat test stickers. The bathroom could do with... More

My husband booked this hotel as a surprise for me. Whilst this was a lovely thing to do, that is all it was. The hotel was very dated, drab, dirty and down right horrible. The room we were allocated was on the top floor, the actual floor in our room was more uneven than your footing up Pen-y-Ghent. When walking... More

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! The staff were unhelpful and rude. The room was unclean and the bed was very uncomfortable!!!! We came to Blackpool for a family weekend away,on the second morning after brushing her teeth my mother in law found that there was sewage coming up her shower which was very bad smelling!... More

Positives; in the middle of everything, comfortable bed, nice little view on the front & it's nice & clean. Negatives; I wasn't happy with the room we were given it wasn't worth £150 for 2 nights - it looked like more of a budget room rather than an upgraded room.. Would I stay again? No Would I recommend the hotel?... More
