Rooms were hideous, bathroom was small, cramped and covered in mould & that's not evening mentioning the extremely poor shower facilities. It was almost like I'd travelled back in time to the 60's, but even then everything would've been out dated! I only stayed for one night but that was one night too much. The B&B needs a lot of...

Hotel is an absolute shambles from top to bottom. Never have I slept in a worse hotel my entire life. Don't waste your time. The hotel stinks of garbage and we found ants in the rooms and the bed sheets were stained and smelt. Hotel staff miserable.

My husband had booked a weekend here for my birthday, our daughter got rushed into hospital so had to cancel, the hotel had no sympathy and charged us full price, won't be going there, when we can get away again

This booking was made on Booking.com and it is beyond our control to cancel. This guest was offered the opportunity to take their break at a later date as full price had to be paid because commission had to be paid. Sorry you feel aggrieved, if you wish to contact us again hopefully all will be rectified.

Spur of the moment the wife decided "let's go blackpool " But our dog sitter was also away Hesketh to the rescue, doggy. Friendly home from home with a cracking breakfast. Close enough to town but far enough away you don't catch the noise. Very friendly welcome, warm clean and excellent value for money. Definitely worth a visit.

Stayed at the Hesketh at the beginning of October with our grandchildren (who are still asking when they can return!) and found this charming small hotel a refreshing change. If you are looking for a run of the mill/plastic budget chain hotel then perhaps not for you - but if you like something a bit out of the ordinary give...

I visited late September for a 2 night break with my daughter. After reading reviews on here I will admit I was a little worried. But what a load off rubbish . great room great staff lovely breakfast and good location close to beach. Ignore the negative reviews I have stayed in all hotels and bed and breakfasts and this...

Thank you very much for your kind and honest comments. Glad you had a good weekend and your daughter had a nice time playing with the other children we had in over that weekend. Look forward to seeing you again.

Before I start, this hotel cost £30 for bed and breakfast The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and it was ensuite It was a little further out of blackpool than I intended but only a short can/tram ride in i agree that it could do with a little updating and the towel was old and course, there also...

Thank you for your constructive criticisms. If you had asked for a replacement towel we would have gladly changed it for you. We do not generally provide toiletries now in order to keep our prices down, again if you had asked for anything we could have supplied it for you. As regards to the sausage I am very sorry you...

This hotel needs cleaned up from top to bottom,it is doing nothing for the City of Blackpools reputation as a holiday resort. Go here if you want stinking towels, stinking dirty carpets, and a residents lounge full of toys and other assorted crap making it unusable. It really is the pits, but to be fair the breakfast was edible, I...

If our hotel was as bad as this person says, why did they not mention anything to us and why did they pay the full bill. They stated the place was stinking, did they put their nose to the floor to smell the carpet. The carpet was only shampooed 6 weeks ago, it is impossible to do it more often...
