This is a lovely place to stay, with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. We where fitted in at short notice, when we decided to stay a couple of extra days in Blackpool, which was great. Absolutely blooming marvelous is how I would sum this place up in 3 words! Like others I had a pot of tea on arrival and was made really welcome by Maude and Gwynn. My room was spotless, bed comfortable and the breakfast has never been beaten by any other hotel I've stopped in. Nothing is too much trouble for Gwynn/Maude... More

At the Kimberley you are made to feel welcome, the rooms are always clean and tidy and you get a great breakfast made to your request by Gwynn and served up to you by his wife Maude,it's like a home from home, that's why we keep going back.

The couple were very helpful , told us about the all day tram / bus ticket for £3.50 which was a godsend as it was very cold and windy but sunny... More

We have been there several times and it is always our first choice when visiting Blackpool, we always have such a warm welcome. Maude and Gynne offer and deliver a first class service. We can't fault it any aspect of it. Everything is so clean and it is obvious that they look after it very well.

Both myself and my wife have stayed at The Kimberley in Gynn Avenue for years now and we'll keep going back. The guest house is run by Maude and Gynne Thomas and they make you feel like one of the family as soon as you step in,their friendliness and breakfast is second to none and the place is spotlessly clean.

If you are looking for a nice clean hotel with no chance of bumping into a stag or hen party this could be the place for you. Clean rooms great breakfast quiet but handy location. No bar but the gynn pub is only at end of road.
