Beautiful hosts, spotlessly clean lovely room, so suitable for my 5yr old. Nothing too much for our hosts Karen & Paul. Breakfast superb. So comfortable. Can't wait to go back. Only a minute from the sea front. Football travellers minutes from ground. So central for everything. Car parking no problem.

had a winter overnight. Was greeted warmly at this hotel. Its a typical old Victorian house B & B, room was clean, warm and nicely decorated. Morning breakfast was freshly prepared. Enjoyed my stay, will stay here again.

We had booked 2 nights here for the illuminations. We were greeted by the owners, who were lovely and helpful, however there was no parking, which on our site we booked through it said free parking. We paid a friend of owners who had some spaces in his unit £10 for 2 nights parking. We were then shown our room,...

From the minute we walked in to the second we walked out was nothing short of perfection. The rooms are comfy and the breakfast was incredible. The company of 2 genuine, friendly, amazing people was priceless. Myself, wife and daughter will be returning next year. We have made friends for life, thank you.

Had a perfect 4 nights stay with Paul and Karen at the Birch Villa. Perfect hosts who can't do enough to help. Rooms are clean, beds comfy. Great breakfast and the location is perfect, walking distance to all the main attractions. We look forward to our return one day.
