Stayed for a 3 night w/end, location is very central to a lot of the popular bars in Blackpool so if that's your thing it's perfect. The room we had was ready for decorating but were informed that before we booked. Room was very clean when we arrived, & Stuart cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable, we needed...

Would like to thank Stuart for a very pleasant stay at the Edward lovely clean room and ensuite a very welcome atmosphere and a really nice guy did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable has he could absolutely fantastic breakfast for £5.00 extra but enjoyed the choice clean towels provided and Stuart made our Stella the staffie...

Another memorable stay, went for Rod Stewart concert, thank you to the lovely Stuart for being very accommodating when we arrived early & left a little later, looked after as usual & made welcome. Didn't have breakfast this time but that was our choice, extra towels milk etc when requested not a problem, much appreciated, hope to see you again...

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of May we were 2 mature couples and were made very welcome by Stuart and his team,The rooms were tidy and clean and breakfast was fantastic value,scaffolding was up during our stay so I am sure that with this gone the first impression is much better.It is so close to the train...

Stayed here with my daughter for the weekend, we were made to feel very welcome, our room was very spacious with tea/coffee facilities. We booked in for the breakfast which was worth every penny. brilliant location for train station and the tower, We would highly recommend this hotel

So glad you had a great time here! and that you had breakfast with us, even though its an added extra it is very good value and better quality than a lot of the cafes that charge more for less or poor quality, as you said it set you up for the day! Happy you had a great stay!

Randomly booked last minute for a cheap night out..bargain value for money. Only problem was the parking as its a 5-10 min walk but it was dry so it wasn't too bad. It cost 7.50 for 24hrs. Arrived around 5pm lovely guy welcomed us there was a bit of a smell initially when walking in..no problem whatsoever with our room...

Very nice hotel to stay at, Stuart the manager was very friendly and helpful at all times during our stay. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. Me and my partner had breakfast the first morning which was really nice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay at Edward Hotel, Blackpool...

The room is very spacious. As a muslim who need to pray, we are able to do it without having to move the furniture around. The toilet is very clean and not to mention the hotel person who welcome us is very friendly. Totally worth what we was paying for! **There's TV and boiler inside the room. No parking ssace...

Second stay at Edward hotel, Good value, Ideal location ,really enjoyed the breakfast.The owner Stuart was very friendly and amiable .We stopped in room 1 very spacious very clean with en-suite Definately will be going back..
