When we booked this hotel we were asked if any special requirements were needed . We listed one disabled and one with celiac disease every thing got booked.. got to hotel our disabled guest was on 3 rd floor as there were lifts saw no problem . Lifts are either 5 stairs down or 5 stairs up not good .....

This hotel is dated and needs upgraded, we stayed for four nights, the restaurant manager Ian was lovely and nothing was a bother for him, the meals and breakfast were good, rooms are dated and bathrooms are tiny, the bedrooms are like a furnace so hot we couldn't sleep even after leaving window open all day and night and a...

popped in for a hot drink and snacks after a long stroll along the beach and bought hot drinks from the starbucks coffee shop, nice drinks but i was disappointed that the drink i asked for off the board ( chai tea latte) they dont actually sell them due to not many people ordering them, so maybe they ought to...

We visited for a family break rooms were clean but very warm even with the heating turned off , all the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly on a down side the food wasn't very good at all the only positive was breakfast, good central location wouid recommended b&b only

Enjoyable holiday. Good entertainment every night . lovely food. No waiting as Ian got very good system going .very convenient for transport and lots of attractions.Close to tower.. would stay there again

Stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 children the weekend of the lights switch on, top floor pokey family room very outdated. Needed windows open at night as it was so warm an the noise from kitchen vents below were awful. Our room on arrival had the shower door standing away from the shower and not in place...

Hotel very central if you like the busy part of Blackpool. Room very clean and comfortable. Had a back view so not great but very quiet. Staff were exceptionally nice particularly in dining room. Not a bingo fan but prizes excellent and was quickly over. Entertainment was excellent on the evenings we were there. Seafront and trams were very nice...

Just back from the weekend in Blackpool , hotel was good but felt our room wasn't very nice we stayed in room 101 could really be doing with an update dirty marks on the wall etc however the beds were clean , the housekeeper who cleans our room every day twice forgot to take away our dishes and once forgot...

I have been to this hotel now for a few years but feel it has gone down hill a bit. Food wasn't so good and the entertainment wasn't varied. The singers were good but maybe a bit of variety ie a comedian.

Rooms where spotless ,tidy and very clean. It's very near to the Centre of Blackpool, city centre is 5- 10 mins from Centar Pier walking distance. and other amenities.
