      Superb friendly staff great location.

      Hotel is clean, and functional, the staff though are superb and very friendly, an absolute credit to accor hotels. Great location close to the centre and just off the sea front. i would definitely stay here again.

      Better than the outside looks

      Right by the seafront, great views. Clean and welcomeing. Staff were be erry polite and couldn't do enough for us. Easy access and close to everything. Pub next-door very expensive, go further away. Xx

      Fab on the inside

      This is a lovely hotel, situated ideally next to the North pier, tram stop, city centre, bars, clubs, etc. Amazingly bright decor. Friendly staff. Super sea views. Only criticism, and it is a small one, is the outside does look in need of a lick...More

      Trying to try harder

      I was placed here by my client as I was taking part in The Jazz and Blues festival. The breakfast is lovely and tasty. Nothing hot but a top continental is on offer via buffet. The rooms are clean but basic. I couldn't help feeling...More

      TRIP AWAY

      Another fine visit no problems at all ..... the jnr holly with blonde hair is a little grafter continental breakfast was ok... just the disabled alarm is in a bad place behind pillows on bed.... good wifi no probs with sound from nightclubs ect overall...More

      There are two Italian restaurants just around the corner from the hotel, in Clifton Street. Sapori is ranked 10 on tripadvisor and La Fontana is ranked 16. I've visited both and they are good
