We stopped here 19th September. We had a double room with a sea view. It was an extra £5 for the view, but it was worth it. The room was a good size, big enough for what we needed as we weren't spending much time there. The room we had also had an on suite. The shower was rather small,...

Rooms look nothing like the photos on TripAdvisor or the official website. We were presented with a box; a bed and a toilet. Literally no walking space. There was a terrible stench from the room. After minutes of gathering our thoughts about the room we asked for a refund so we could find elsewhere to stay, he refused to give...

Stayed here for one night and found the place to be ok. We hadn't planned on staying in Blackpool as drive down for the day but couldn't be bothered to drive back. Tried to book into a few guest houses but told they didn't do one night stays even through they had vacancie sighns up. This place was cheap. £35...

We just booked the room for two nights, no breakfast so cannot comment on that, and found the room small but satisfactory. The bed was comfortable. We had a problem with a leaky loo and the Manager soon had it fixed.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights with a group of friends for a birthday weekend had a lovely stay staff couldn't do enough to help and rooms were well looked after. Only downside was two showers were cold however, this didn't pose a big issue as everything else was perfect. Would definitely reccomend ☺

Just had a 2 night break at this hotel, Room (4) was very small with no view, but it was very clean, the location of this place is brilliant and for the price you couldn't complain, the owner was lovely and helpful, I would recommend this place if you want clean and basic

Went to Blackpool for one night, so literally weren't at the B&B for long, just to sleep. Arrived early before check in and we were allowed to park up at the back, we were lucky enough to get one of the 2 spots. Warm welcome when we then did later check in at 6pm. Had a family room with a...
