We had a lovely weekend here. The hotel is clean, excellent value for money, the owners are lovely and the breakfast was superb!! The location is also great. We were made to feel really welcome.. and our furry friend to. We would definitely stay again! :-)

Good b&b rooms comfortable and clean. Beds comfortable. The breakfast is excellent.The hotel is very conveniently situated, a 5/10 minute walk to the promenade and tower. Karen and Peter the owners are friendly and helpful.

If carling made hotels this is the hotel he would have made . Thanks to Karen and Peter and Dave the barman food was lovely and our bed was just like at home 10 out of 10 for everything well done guys . Keith and Chris Sunderland brilliant

Kings way is a great hotel very clean and tidy, food is out of this world, my family has knew Pete and karen for years now due too coming regularly, great people and great hosts, if you are coming to Blackpool this is the place to stay!

Two couples. We only stayed the Saturday night but were made very welcome. Karen and Peter keep the hotel very clean. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Will certainly stay here again.Very central for town centre and Blackpool Tower

Thank you Peter & Karen ( and Pete Jnr!) for another wonderful stay! Great centrally placed hotel just behind tower,ideal for all attractions. thanks again to Karen & Peter for having us stay there - been to the Kingsway a few times now and it just gets better. peter makes lovely dinners and the steak pie is to die for!! All 6 of us had a lovely time and I'm sure we will be back.

Very nice Hotel , very friendly & relaxing , nice clean Hotel & very good for Families, owners Gary & Julie are so nice & will do anything to make you feel at Home ,if your going to Blackpool & have kids then this is the Hotel to choose 110%.

We absolutely LOVE staying at the Kingsway. We have just returned from our sixth visit there during the Rebellion festival at the Winter Gardens. The location is fantastic and really convenient for the shops and the Tower. Peter and Karen are genuinely warm and lovely people and do everything to make the stay perfect.
