We've just returned from a weekend stay at this very friendly B&B. Welcomed by Matt one of the owners who showed to us to our room which they had decorated with banners and balloons, a great welcome. Highly recommend staying In this B n B the management are really friendly and made me and my friend feel at home. They made us feel welcome and showed us the best places to go in Blackpool. Will definitely be returning 😁

Stayed at south lea on bank holiday Monday 29/30 may 2016. Family room catered for me my partner our 15 year old and 5 year old sons perfectly . Clean and very reasonable. Nice breakfast and very pleasant staff

Great location, hosts couldn't do enough for us, very helpful and obliging, clean, tidy and good breakfast. Enjoyable stay, thank you. The hotel is very close to Gwynn square tram stop so getting around made easy.

Stayed here for a night, whilst going to a wedding in another hotel. room was clean and efficient, breakfast was really good too. Owners/ staff are very friendly. Parking is convenient on the street - definitely value for money and would highly recommend.

Lads who own this place are really doing everything they can to welcome guests. Cant knock them at all. The hotel is clean and tidy. Rooms are just what you need for a short stay in blackpool. Stayed here for weekend and was welcomed by the hosts who were very helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a perfect stay. Came here for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. Everyone is pleasant and can't do enough for you. The breakfast is 1st class and caters for the fussiest of eaters. Go for room 5 if you can, it has the best views. Away from the noisy parts of Blackpool but the tram station is a two minute walk away...

Down for blackpool soul weekender. Lovley people made very welcome and was well looked after very nice place lovley rooms very clean and tidy nice bar for a drink great breakfast nice veiws tram stop near hotel thanks to Jan and Rick will be back in the near futre.
