Arriving at the hotel were presented with our room a small closet, no windows very costrafobic my partner decided to go run a bath where she found pubic hair and an old used bar of soap within the bath, an old self tanning solution within the drawer like they hadn't even cleaned after the previous guests. The restraunt has no...

We booked this hotel last minute has it was £45 one night family room instead of £89. Didnt look at pics or reviews just thought its cheap especially over the easter period and it would do. The staff seemed friendly upon arrival and let us leave our car on the car park way before we needed to book in so...

Booked this hotel through booking.com for a one night stay over in Blackpool, upon arrival from the distance the hotel looked nice, however as we arrived outside we realised it's not so grand. The entrance was through a grubby lean-to at the front of the building, upon entering reception was in front of you checking in was very quick and...

Me and my wife stayed here for one night on our way home after our holiday. I booked a double room including breakfast for £69 so I wasn't expecting luxury, however after seeing the room pictures online I though it looks ok. How wrong was I? We were put in a room that I can only describe as claustrophobic, the...

Spent 2 nights in a family room. We requested a high floor and a double with 2 single beds and got exactly that. We managed to get a parking space right at the hotel entrance in the car park too. The hotel is very grand but unfortunately stuck in its times. Lovely helpful staff. We were room 320 on third...

OK, this is a large old hotel, and the fabric of the building is showing its age, but they make the best of what they have, and we had everything that we needed. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, The food was very good, all buffet style, but good choice and variety and good quality. We were lucky enough...

Booked for 5 nights at a very reasonable price of £139 for a double executive room. Staff very polite, room clean and nicely decorated, food very pleasant. Even though hotel on busy promenade it was quiet. Will come again

The name has class, however the hotel is very little, maybe its down graded its self to match Blackpool, rooms are cold in the way of fittings, old TV's and even older bathrooms, breakfast was a grab it while you can experience with look warm food, watered down juice and suggest you bring wipes for the tables, in truth the...
