Staff are very helpful , did not see many cleaners at all tho and don't think they have a hoover in the hotel , mold in the public toilets and just the same in the bedroom. Atmosphere was very good considering the state of the hotel was not expecting much , they have starting to refurbish the bar area but...

Very run down. Generally dated & grubby. Our room was 1 of the refurbished ones with new bathroom & a coat of paint but old furniture and broken window frame. Needs massive investment to get on top off dereliction. Very dirty Entrance & reception areas are a big put off. Def no return.

First time visiting for a holiday for me and my boyfriend only 4 nights. Mattress was hard and very uncomfortable, pipes in room very noisy especially when taps wer run. Was kept awake by this for 3 nights, left n went somewer else for our last night will not reccommend to anyone

Best parts - reception and restaurant staff very friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Anything we asked for, blankets and pillows were supplied straight away. Food was hot and better than your average Blackpool cafe. Worst parts - had a 5 night stay, towels were changed once, beds not at all. Beds were not even made, same stuff on carpet...

room was nice and clean, staff very helpful and nothing was a problem to them, breakfast was great tram stop just outside entertainment every night so u don't have to go out on night really enjoyed our stay and will go back .
