Excellent hotel for dog owners but unfortunately larger dogs are not allowed. Clean tidy. Good times for breakfast aswell as a good selection. Not alot of choice for dinner however. Easy access to the beach to take dogs on.

This is an older Hilton and probably a little tired compared to many, but the staff make up for it friendly and cheerful throughout our 3 day stay, The pool and leisure need a smarten up but still respectable and would love to have had a hot tub here! Breakfast as in all the hiltons is fantastic and car parking...

The interior needs an update and refresh. I ordered an alarm call but didn't receive one. Several other guests reported the same problem. On a positve note the food was nice and the staff polite I could see the sea from my room so that was a bonus.

Dear caromacl Thank you for your recent review on Trip Advisor following your stay at Hilton Blackpool. I was pleased to hear you enjoyed the food and the staff provided a good standard of service for you. I was however concerned to hear you were disappointed with your stay and we did not meet your expectations, particularly with the room...

Stayed for weekend with friends as we were attending a big salsa dance event at the hotel. Couldn't fault anything. Facilities great, lovely breakfast, fab rooms, beautiful view, great night's sleep, comfortable beds, everywhere spotlessly clean. Loads of storage space in room. Public spaces beautifully welcoming and well presented. Staff were helpful and friendly and a lovely guy named Gary...

When we arrived at the hotel all seemed very nice friendly receptionist, got to our room that was a big disappointment, king room that was very dated, not very clean marks on the walls and a bathroom that had a stained sink and a marks all over the walls again. We went to bed all well when we got rudely...

I visited the hotel for a conference. The room was clean and obviously recently refurbished. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast of a reasonable standard. But the evening meal (admittedly for 200) was really terrible and although the staff gave me an alternative ( without being asked) the quality of the food and the presentation was not...

Price of a double room £121..... not worth it. Thankfully I had a voucher, had I paid the full price I wouldn't have been too happy. The Hilton is a hotel chain you expect to be of an nice standard, however the Blackpool Hilton is not of this standard, well certainly not the room I stayed in. Starting with positives......
