My husband and I were given room 8. It was dirty and tired. Our bathroom window would not close. We alerted reception to this when we arrived on the Monday. When we checked out on the Thursday it was still broken. A dated pink bathroom was on offer. There was no shower and the bath panel was cracked. A yellowing...

We had a family of 14 staying in the Sheraton Lodge this weekend - 12 adults, 2 children spread over 5 rooms. Once entering the rooms we we're absolutely horrified of the state of the hotel, the bathrooms looked like they were over 20 years old with pink cheap tacky furnishings! 2 of the rooms booked had no power at...

Have just returned from a fantastic weekend in Blackpool. This hotel is absolutely ideal, we had the exclusive use of the Lodge for our junior rugby club tour. The facilities were perfect and the staff were very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble! Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel has a separate annex so we were no trouble to hotel guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The annex has its own bar from which we received a friendly service at reasonable prices. Food in the hotel was excellent and catered for tastes young and old. An excellent experience for all and I highly recommend the hotel...

Do not stay in the lodge, theres a damp smell that hits you when you open the front door and it only gets worse, windows that you cant close, old and tired furniture, dirty carpet, we complained and were moved into the main hotel which was an improvement but we would not stay here again.

After looking through the Booking .com website and reading a few reviews we decided to book this hotel for 2 Adults and 2 older children. Unfortunately when we arrived we could not find anywhere to park and we were told that we were staying in a lodge at the back of the main hotel which meant a freezing walk back...

Approached the hotel without any warning that the steps we were walking up were the steps to hell! Stayed for one night only thank god because we wouldn't be able to handle any more. It's very old fashioned, the bath had cracks in it. No staff at the lodge to welcome you or tell you where rooms are. The mattresses...

I have stayed in hotel accommodation ranging from very basic to high quality. The good the bad & the ugly. I've stayed where there has been no lift but offer was on hand to help with luggage. The excuse of the hotel is going to be upgraded does not account for being charged top rates for a room with just...

We have just made the biggest mistake of 2015 and taken up our booking at this unkempt dump. We could only obtain accommodation in the annex known as the lodge, where the building greets you with condensation on the windows and locked grilles on the former bars and eating areas. I would imagine that Strangeways has a better ambience! This...
