Spent the weekend at the kirkstead with our noisy young family and have no complaints at all. Very welcoming, friendly and patient couple who went the extra mile to provide an excellent service for us. All being well, will definitely be back soon. Paul and family.

The owners are helpful & friendly, the rooms are clean & comfortable & breakfast is good. A decent English breakfast, toast & cereals. There are no towels in the room, however it does state quite clearly on their website that they are available on request.

We stayed here last weekend (24th sept 16) firstly I would like to say the staff were very nice and friendly. As we made them aware on the first night we stayed. we noticed there was VERY unsafe electrics in our room. Being an electrician myself I was stunned at what I found. How this place hadn't gone up in...

Thank you, for the feedback, as you pointed out the electrics to the tv was dangerous, (which has now been rectified) and as I said at the time when you get an electrition to carry out the work you expect the job done properly. Unfortunately in this case it was not done correctly. We do provide towels, and wifi on...

We stayed for 2 nights in a family room for a 2 star hotel it was spotless and better than what we expected it was modern and large enough for the 5 of us. The toilet wasn't far from the room and the owners lovely and welcoming. The girls loved the pink hotel and had a lovely stay

Very welcoming and excellent hosts Jack and Marie. Rooms are spacious and have modern decor, hard to find in some places in Blackpool. Breakfast was served and I was pleasantly surprised to find the plate not swimming in grease! Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you for having us.
