19 of us have just got back from my sisters hen night. The owners were lovely they couldn't do enough to help. The breakfast was just what we needed it was very yummy :-) Thankyou for making our stay with you extra special and very very welcoming. Just got back from Blackpool after my friends hen weekend and stayed at this brilliant bed and breakfast. The owners were so lovely and really helpful at all times, they helped with parking,sorted us out taxis, stored our luggage for the day, nothing was too much bother! Stopped for 1 night and its a clean friendly place with really nice owners... Forgot my iPhone charger so called and the LL posted it the next day....brilliant service. If you're looking for a cheap but clean and friendly place very close to the centre then this is ya place..!!!

Stayed in this hotel for two night this weekend with 3 other girls and honestly cannot fault a single thing. NOTHING was too much trouble, and any requests were seen to straight away. stayed for a weekend,,quite close to all the ameneties,would stay again,slept well,friendly couple and had a nice breakfast,well worth the money.maz and tomo know how to make you smile,,thanks again,see ya soon,rachel and tucker.

We stayed at this lovely hotel with my husband and 2 twin boys (8 years). The owners Maz an Tomo were brilliant and nothing was any bother. They rooms were spotless and very clean. The bar was nice to sit and relax and the breakfast was lovely. Tomo's poached eggs would get 10 out of 10 on the programme 4...

Stayed at the Emmanuel with 4 lads on a 2 day trip to the British open golf. Stayed for 2 nights and literally cannot fault the place. As mentioned in previous reviews, Maz and Tomo are top hosts and really can't do enough for you. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was 1st class and the little bar was perfect....

Just returned home for a one night stay. Just would like to say that Maz & Tomo were brilliant, nothing to much trouble..The rooms were absolutely spotless and the breakfast was supper, plenty of food and as much toast and tea/coffee wanted. Will definately be staying there again and will recommend to friends.

Just home from our visit and have to say this is the best b&b we've stayed in! Our rooms were absolutley spotless!! 6 girls headed up for a night on the tiles and we werent disappointed with anything, the owners are lovely, welcoming and kind, nothing is a problem they sorted our parking and ordered our taxi and sorted us...

Excellent hotel, very clean and tidy, owners couldn't of been any more helpful, they made the stay more enjoyable. This hotel was in a great location just a 10 minute walk to all the pubs and clubs, the rooms themselves were brilliant and with free tea and coffee in the rooms was an added bonus. . Breakfast in the morning...
