I hosted a small conference / meeting in the business suite and hosted 6 colleagues overnight in the hotel The Events Manager (Tom) was on hand when I arrived early and nothing was too much trouble for him and the team. They provided a great service and ensured that my day went as smoothly as possible. Check in was quick...

Really nice hotel. Nice bar and good breakfast. Clean. Starting to date in one or two places (built 2003). We had to wait 20-30 mins for room at 3pm. Still not clear why. Good deals on pleasure beach entry. Overall good hotel and would go back.

Super friendly staff ever always welcoming, lovely big clean room, we came at a quiet time of month and got up and a hot breakfast every morning, basic English breakfast with a selection of cereals etc. One of the best hotels in blackpool. 5 mins walk to water park, right beside theme park.

Excellent hotel! Great room and friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant had a great atmosphere. Breakfast was one the the best I've had. The main course was let down by the sea bass being char-grilled as it left a stale and bitter flavour on the skin (obviously the grill had not been wiped to clean it). However the rest of the...

Paid £165 for deluxe double room unfortunately nothing deluxe about it.The room was quite big (maybe that was the deluxe part) but it was cold and the bed was the worst I've ever tried to sleep in (and we go to Greece every year).Thank God we only stayed one night. On the up side the staff were first class extremely...
