I've been going to Blackpool since I was a child. I love Blackpool so much I even spent my honeymoon there. I stayed at the Big Blue Hotel for the first time ever in June and I have to say it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in at Blackpool. Years ago if your hotel was along the seafront it...

Stayed here for 3 nights with the family. Room good with view of pleasure beach. Staff friendly. The experience was let down by not being able to get a table in the restaurant even though they were only half full and with no other food options within a short walk with tired kids it was suggested that we order room...

I stayed here with my mother in September for a short relaxing family break, the Big Blue Hotel once again did not disappoint. Staff offered a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival, free parking and rooms to a high standard. The breakfast buffet was lovely and we were able to request a preferred table where possible most mornings. Particular praise...

you can't beat the location of this hotel if you are there to visit Blackpool Pleasure Beach. The hotel is against the south side of the park. The hotel is very clean, big entrance, and very nice restaurant (had a great traditional English Afternoon Tea). The elevator size is standard for Europe, so this is no surprise or negative. The...

We stayed there last night, it was excellent! The staff are so friendly and all are very professional, clean, tidy and polite. The room (438) was modern, clean and fresh. It overlooked the theme park, which was not a problem at all. I actually enjoyed looking out. All the room facilities worked, the water was hot and plentiful, and the...

Lots of good things to say about this hotel. Our room was clean and attractive and had everything we needed. The room would also have been great if we had brought our son, a separate ares with bunk beds, TV screens and games - noted for future reference! The staff were very helpful and efficient. The food was lovely, all...

Just back from a weekend break with the Grandkids. Can't fault the hotel or staff at all. Our grandson is gluten intollerant and the staff were really good at finding suitable meals for him. Breakfast was very good although you need to be a little selective about when you go for breakfast as there was a queue both mornings when...
