Stayed here for a night out on the Pier, can not fault the hotel, staff very polite and friendly and always willing to help, as for the decor, modern clean and has a nice homely feel to the place, breakfast was excellent not covered in grease everything fresh, keep up the good work

Fantastic hotel! This hotel was AMAZING. The hotel was spotlessly clean and modern. The breakfast was more than I could eat offering a wide choice of foods and refreshments. The staff were helpful and polite and we were told we could come and go as we pleased. Who ever would give this a bad review is wrong. But they are...

Visited the Brincliffe once again and met up with family. Had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming, We had a lovely stay, slept well and the breakfast was delicious. We knew it would be all of this..... we visited around the same time last year and it was just as good....

If you're looking for a warm welcome and friendly face this is not the place to come. I was made to feel like an unwelcome inconvenience before even entering the building and treated appallingly throughout my stay culminating in genuine hostility. Anyone under the age of 80 will find the stuffy attitude and ridiculous rules and regulations oppressive and outdated...

What a super hotel! Far enough outside Blackpool to avoid the noise and get a great night's sleep. This is possibly the most welcoming and comfortable hotel we have stayed in on our numerous trips around the country. Welcoming hosts, comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast. So accommodating that rather than offer directions to our venue for a day out,...

Good location near tramway but far enough away from town centre not to be noisy. Friendly staff. Rooms fairly basic but clean well maintained & everything worked well including free wifi. This is not a big flash hotel but worked well for us on a short break to visit family nearby. The breakfast was plentiful, tasty and a reasonable variety...

As soon as we arrived at the brincliffe hotel our bags were taken from us and asked if we wanted tea or coffee, after a 3 hour drive that should have taken 2 it was very welcome. The staff team were all really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable with all the conveniences included...

Having had a hideous experience the previous night, in a completely different B and B what an absolute pleasure it was to pull up at this hotel. Greeted by the owners, bags taken to our room whilst we sampled a welcome cup of coffee. Nice touch, went a long way. Room was lovely, size was excellent with a beautiful ensuite...
