We have just returned from a Monday to Saturday at this brilliant hotel .I cannot praise it enough, the bedding was spotless, the bed was comfortable ,and as for the food, well it was truly amazing, everything was cooked to perfection, and the choice was more than ample. The staff in every part of this hotel were helpful, and so...

Since my first stay at & review of the Cliffs Hotel in January 2016 I have stayed there four more times. Always the service, food & cleanliness were first class for a three star hotel. On this visit there was a problem with the WiFi in our room although it was working in the rest of the hotel. I mentioned...

All of the staff ( with the exception of one particular person ) were very friendly and helpful, but won't let one grumpy spoil the review. Everything is well organised at meal times. The not so good. Only one lift, so you...

Reception staff were extremely helpful and we were shown other rooms that we could move to on the next day of our stay. We were upgraded at no extra charge to a side sea view room from which we could...

The place does need to new carpet and updating but the food was lovely and entertainment was fab. The room was clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was electrical fault the day before we did to leave, staff where so helpful the night it happened and let us use another room. We will gladly return again...

Good all round hotel and no complaints. All was adequate and accomodating it's just that it looks a little dated. Breakfast at 0800 can be a little restricting when staying there on business. Very accessible from buses and trams and parking also available.
