What a little gem !! Rooms spotless and the family were so friendly. Arrived early and met Franco (the son) moving cars around to fit the guests in - we were booked us in straight way which meant we were free to start our mini holiday. We were made to feel so welcome and although the room was dated, it...

Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking. Hotel quite dated but clean. Breakfast served very efficiently and quickly. Location very central. We had room 21 which was very small and very very basic. The double bed was against a wall (there would of been no room anywhere else for it) which meant to get in and out of bed...

Great location, the rooms are dated but spotlessly clean. The owners are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is basic but good and it runs like clockwork in that restaurant in the mornings. I had a triple room and there was plenty of room, my friend was in a double which was a bit tight but fine for a couple of...

First off, we arrived earlier than expected and the owner, Franco, was outside immediately, moving his own car so we could park right outside the hotel. Our room wasn't ready and we wanted to go off to see all the sights...

My husband, 2 kids and I all stopped herr for just 1 night. We were welcomed by a very lovely and friendly family. Franco helped park my car and even moved his own so we could have a space right outside. Reading the reviews about how friendly the family are ia definitely true. They talk to you and it feels...

My wife and I have been to Blackpool many times and stayed at varying size establishments but none can compare to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the Royal Oak well. When we arrived we were met by Franco who helped me park my car and got our room sorted. We had a drink from the bar and sat in...

We have just returned from spending the weekend at this fantastic family run hotel and we really couldn't fault it. Franco came out the back yard area to meet us on arrival as he knew we were arriving with a car. Straight away he offered to move some cars around and make space so we could fit ours in. The...
