We have just returned from our second visit to this B & B. It is a lovely place to stay, the landlady is very friendly and welcoming. Just come back from overnight stay. This was a last minute trip the Old coach house is a lovely clean and B&B. The rooms are decorated to a high standard we had superior king size with shower and corner bath which was lovely with added toiletries . Breakfast was a lovely buffet style in a lovely airy immaculate dinning room....

Absolutely fantastic guest house in an ideal location. Had a wonderful welcome from kath and Rick who were warm, friendly and simply couldn't do enough for us. The guest house is beautiful and our room was well equipped and immaculate. Really can't fault this guest house and would recommend to anyone. Will definitely go back if we ever return to...

Just back from an overnight stay at The Old Coach House. Very comfortable stay, nice clean room with lovely big bed, unlimited tea and coffee and milk and a fabulous breakfast. Booked here the day before, on arrival a warm welcome from kath shown to our room , four poster on ground floor with ice bucket as requested lol , lovely room very large ensuite with separate bath and shower , individual heating always a bonus, a Saturday night in Blackpool back for a lovely sleep then up for a lovely...

My Wife and Myself stayed here at the end of Feb (17), we carnt compliment Cath and Rick enough, always a warm welcome and a homely place to stay, we stayed in room 9 same room as last time and as per last time the room was well presented and very clean and the bed was comfy as owt...hahaha, brilliant...

Excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble . Fantastic large double on suite bedroom , very comfortable, exceptionally clean and fresh and very well presented. We loved everything about it. Upon arrival received a very warm welcome. Lovely spacious room with comfy bed, nice big bathroom with Corner Bath and separate Shower. Unlimited Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Delicious breakfast. Free wifi. Private car park onsite. Great location.” Will always be our 1st choice of place to stay when in Blackpool.
