Well.......We stayed in a 3 bed family room and u couldn't swing a cat in it....altho, it was very clean but we'll dated! Breakfast was basic but done the trick, nothing cooked tho! The bathroom was gross and made you feel like u needed another scrub down after each and every use. I wouldn't let my kids go in there...

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very basic: toasts, jam and cereal and served quite late (after 9am). Close to train station (5-10min walk) and main attractions (10-15 min walk). Since it's Blackpool and there are so many things to do and you don't spend much time in your room, it was a good value for money.

As a group of 21 year old girls wanting a base for a night out on the bank hol weekend, this B&B was perfect. Yes it isn't fancy, but it was clean and close to local night life. The owner was very nice and friendly. The rooms are a great size. I would recommend this place to anyone, wanting a...

Having just recently stayed at Bed and Beach at the weekend i can say that it is a great place to stay if you are going Blackpool mainly for the nightlife. The hotel has a great location (just next to the lyndene). The hotel is basic but thats all you really need when you are going for a boozy time...

Karl the owner you couldn't ask for a better guy, looked after us all weekend, spent time with us and played pool with us. The hotel is in a brilliant location...

Picked this B&B as wanted somewhere cheap for the night and near the Paris Casino and the location and price were right. Having read some of the reviews we weren't looking forward to staying however it wasn't as bad as we were expecting. Yes, the decor is very dated and the carpets have seen better days however our room was...

Firstly, the accommodation looks tired and dirty from the outside. To check in, you have to phone the mobile number written on the door and wait for the owner to arrive from off site. He also doesn't sleep on site so if there are any problems overnight, you are stuck. The rooms were dirty, with peeling wallpaper, rickety beds and...
