The view was nice from our room on the front of the hotel and the bed and pillows were comfy. I agree with previous reviews that the rooms do need some work on them especially the shower stall. Also there was no toothbrush holder or mug in the bathrooms in both rooms that we booked. When we booked our room...

This was our first visit to Blackpool as a family, and having visited previously myself many years ago with friends, I was a little sceptical as to the best place to stay. After some in depth research we chose The Waldorf for being a family friendly (non stag or hen groups) hotel located at the quieter end of the promenade....

Staying at the Waldorf at the moment and absolutely enjoying it. The staff are friendly and more than helpful. The breakfast is well presented with a great choice, an all you can eat full English is available to order, juices, cereals, fruit etc... Even off menu ordering. Although the area the Waldorf is a little run down they are redeveloping...

Had a fabulous stay at the Waldorf, Tom and Steve made us very welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we all had a good night's sleep. The breakfast cooked by Nancy was delicious and they couldn't do enough to make us happy. Will definitely be back.

We stayed here as a family of four, the area this hotel is located in is run down at best, a bit scary at worst. Parking is either on the street, which is free or around the back of the hotel on a very small car park. The Waldorf is sandwiched between boarded up hotels, in various states of disrepair....

Sadly a few Hotels have closed around the Waldorf not helping the appeal of the Area but you are just on the main promanade. We were not looking for a Hotel out of this world when booking. The Waldorf was very clean and tidy -Top marks 100%. Decent English Break. Décor/ TV bit dated. The two Managers truly believe in...

Stayed for two nights recently and found the hotel suitable for a short stay. There wasn't too much space in the room but the bathroom was big and we had a lovely sea-view. Television is a bit old-fashioned and the hair dryer was sticky, but they are only small things. Hotel seemed clean and safe overall and staff were helpful

Hi, You made a reservation to stay with us for two nights to arrive Saturday 15th October The day before arrival attempted to split the reservation into two single night stays on different dates.
