If I ever go back to Blackpool this is the place I will return to. The owners and Alison were second to none , they couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I had a room on the second floor which became a problem for me because of the stairs and I was moved to another which was very spacious and...

There's everything here you could need or want. Clean rooms, good & hot cooked breakfast, tea coffee & biscuits in the rooms, hot water in a clean en-suite shower room, friendly welcoming hosts, the sea at the bottom of the street. If you need anything shops, bus stops, tram stops and taxis close by.

One night stay, hotel is located in a ideal place, a 15 minute walk to the night life area, and about the same to the nearest train station-Blackpool north, parking is on the street outside, but in a well Lit area. Check in was quick and easy with bob. Room was ok, clean and comfortable- a little old fashioned but...

We booked a family room, room was ok, fresh sheets and towels and plenty of tea and coffee making stuff. Owners also pleasant and friendly, but thats where the good points ended for us. I booked through booking.com which advertised this as having free parking as a selling point, whilst it was free it was on the roadside and first...

We didn't have high hopes paying for a relatively cheap B&b during half term! In fact £65 for the three of us including breakfast for the night is more than reasonable! On approach the place does look tired, not very inviting! Once inside the owners were very friendly and the place was clean and relatively nicely done! We had a...

To start with there was no free parking for residents, it was find a space on the road if you can, we did not and had to pay £5 at an hotel around the corner for one nights parking. The bar does not have games tables as described it as seating around the edge of the room with no tables...
