What a disgusting place! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemies! Everything about this place is just really bad! Housekeeping and maintenance don't exist in this building (I don't even want to call it hotel!). No matter how cheap it is - don't go there!

The worst hotel you could possibly stay in. Rooms were falling apart and had dodgy wiring. Our bathroom light didn't work nor did the wall sockets. I reported this to the creature at the front desk who looked at me like a dog does when shown a card trick. Water was leaking through one of the rooms and coming the...

I stayed in this hotel with my wife just before Christmas. Can safely say that this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bed was so uncomfortable that neither of us could sleep. Also I found the staff to be so rude. Safe to say that I won't be staying here again. Better off just starting in...

Stayed here over bonfire weekend with my partner. The room was damp, cold and really shouldn't be open. This place is awful, please don't fund these jokers like I did. It needs new ownership. Someone with money to really do the place up.

Good hotel for the price. Very long walk from the town centre and Tower although you can get the tram down and back. However about 10mins walk from Pleasure Beach. Small basic rooms. Okay if you only need it for a one night stay.

Warm friendly hotel, we felt at home the moment we were greeted at the door. Room basic but clean and comfortable. Good view from room. Short walk to bus and tram stop. Despite being close to the pleasure beach the hotel was very quiet. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

We booked a room at their hotel, came from Milton Keynes, took us five hours to get to Blackpool for the woman to tell us they were fully booked and it was apparently laterooms.com fault. Disgusting rooms. We are now having to go to Preston to stay the night. Half the day wasted. Awful service. We do not recommend to...
