When we arrived we discovered that that my mum's room was on the 3rd floor and she struggles with stairs. On raising this an alternative room was found on the ground floor and they even moved her luggage too. The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely. Just spent an amazing weekend in this party town of Blackpool. This hotel has looked after us very well. All staff were friendly and helpful even when we were rowdy and making no sense. Recommend for any parties, you'll leave the place with a happy face😀
