Elaine and Steve are 2 of the most outgoing and friendly people we have ever met. They make you feel welcome and most importantly that you are a friend and not a stranger. The rooms are excellent and comfortable. They are well equipped and clean. The breakfast menu is wonderful and makes a wonderful change to the usual B and...

Have just returned from a 2 night break at the Arthington; from the moment we arrived Steve and Elaine made us so welcome. We stayed in the King size room which was amazing, spacious and spotlessly clean; all the extras such as hair dryer and hair straighteners, bath robes made it even better. The breakfast each morning is first class,...

Stayed as a family in the family room (double bed and bunks), which was modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was a tight squeeze and water pressure a little low but that could not take anything away from this being a first class place with first class hosts. The public areas were modern, clean and quirky. It is...

The breakfast was delicious and there was something to suit everyone's taste there. Steve and Elaine were always around and provided us with some excellent recommendations for food and activities....
