Yes the hotel is a bit dated as are most of the hotels in Blackpool but you get value for money here and...

The bedrooms and most of the public areas in the hotel were very tired and looked as if they need a deep clean but the bedding and bath towels provided were pristine white. The location of the hotel could not be better but the gem of this hotel are the staff! They are all so friendly and added to the...

Rooms especially the bathroom was grim, whilst I accept blackpool is what it is I expect no matter how basic it is to be clean and the...

Myself, husband and two children stayed here for four nights in a large family room, on arrival the reception did look a bit dated but we were greeted with a friendly face and helpful information. Our room was at the top floor which was a workout with all the luggage we had. It was very dated and the carpet looked...

Stay here every year. I love this hotel, The staff make it though. Don't expect your towel to be made into a swan. But do expect a warm welcome, great hospitality, friendly atmosphere and a late bar. The food is generally ok. The beers are competitively priced. Andy the manager is just great as is Rose.
