Booked 5 nights room only on late rooms. When we arrived we received a warm welcome from Karen informing us that Neil had change our booking to include breakfast (this took us by surprise so not sure what else was said at this point). We were then shown to our rooms which were both en-suite with our own corridor which...

Just returned from a family holiday and we booked the bracondale based on reviews from trip advisor. We had the family room which was perfect for our needs. Separate room with bunk beds for the kids with toilet, larger room with a double and single bed and bathroom. Flat screen tvs in both rooms and both really nicely decorated. My...

Just returned from a wonderful weekend in Blackpool with our three children and I have to say Neil was so friendly and welcoming to myself, my partner and the children. We have stayed in a few different places with the children but this one was the most family friendly by far. The rooms were lovely, we had a family suite...

Not long back from a long weekend at the bracondale and we have to say that Neil was very welcoming and friendly. I did a charity event on the Sunday and Neil was so welcoming to my family and friends that joined us back at the B and B. I'd Definately would recommend this place to everyone.

We had a lovely time at the Bracondale staying over for a family birthday. The rooms were as good as we remember, and Neil the owner was kind enough to stay up for a party member who was delayed. Breakfast was excellent for everyone, including the vegetarians in our group, and the location is great; very close to the tram...

The rooms are immaculate as is the rest of the property. The breakfasts are really great and a great portion size. We have booked again and this is where we will...

Stayed for 2 nights over the Easter weekend. Greeted by Neil and Lesley, who were the most friendly people. The place is spotless, nothing would be too much trouble, went with my 3 teenage daughters who said it was like staying with good friends, praise indeed from teenagers. Able to bring a takeaway in for our evening meals, and had...
